Will they claim for you?

EMR offers a Delay Repay account, but it only saves your personal details and ticket so the form is quicker to fill in. It does not spot delays for you, and no claim is raised unless you raise it. The Department for Transport still lists EMR as running a one-click scheme; their own pages do not.

Across the network only c2c pays with no action at all. Everywhere else, "automatic" means the operator fills the form in and waits for you to press the button.

Expect a response within about 20 working days
If it is refused and you think that is wrong, the Rail Ombudsman is free
